The Platform offers French learning programs, online courses (videos, audios, documents) as well as supervised sessions for which users can pre-register.

Using the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use our services.

Creating an account requires accurate and up-to-date information (last name, first name, a valid email address). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Email verification may be required before certain actions, in particular pre-registering for a session.

Any activity carried out from your account is deemed to be performed by you. Report any unauthorized use immediately.

Some courses are freely accessible; others are attached to a session and reserved for enrolled participants.

Files (videos, audios, documents) are protected by secure, personal links. Downloading, sharing, reselling or redistributing this content is strictly prohibited.

We strive to keep content available, without guaranteeing permanent and uninterrupted access.

Pre-registering for a session does not constitute final enrollment: it is subject to seat availability and validation of the required documents.

The number of seats is limited. A pre-registration may be declined if the session is full or if the deadline has passed.

We reserve the right to change the dates, content or supervision of a session, informing you within a reasonable time.

Prices for programs and sessions are shown on the Platform. They may be updated at any time, without retroactive effect on already-validated enrollments.

Unless otherwise stated, no paid access is unlocked before payment is confirmed.

All content (text, videos, audios, documents, logos, interface) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Learn French & Earn or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use, in whole or in part, is prohibited and may be prosecuted.

You agree to use the Platform fairly and not to harm its operation (intrusion attempts, bypassing protections, bots, etc.).

Any abusive, fraudulent behavior or behavior contrary to these terms may lead to suspension or deletion of the account, without notice.

The data collected is used to manage your account, your pre-registrations and access to content. It is not resold to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data; send your request to the contact address below.

The Platform is provided “as is”. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or force majeure reasons.

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page. We invite you to review it regularly.

Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the country where Learn French & Earn is established. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts after seeking an amicable solution.
